The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has recently updated its list of priority courses eligible for the CHED Scholarship 2024-2025 program via a CHED Memorandum Order. To qualify for the CHED Scholarship, students must enroll in one of these priority courses. What Are CHED Priority Courses?
CHED Priority Courses are programs recognized by the Commission on Higher Education as eligible for its scholarship programs. Students from public or private universities, colleges, and higher education institutions who enroll in these priority courses are eligible for the CHED Scholarship.
These priority programs are divided into two categories:
National Priority Programs: Courses eligible nationwide, irrespective of the region.
Regional Priority Courses: Courses recognized by each specific region.

CHED Merit Scholarship 2024
Students who enroll in the priority courses listed above and meet the CHED Scholarship requirements can apply for the CHED Scholarship 2024. The benefits of the CHED Scholarship program include:
- Tuition and Other School Fees (TOSF): Up to ₱40,000
- Stipend: Up to ₱70,000
- Book / Connectivity Allowance: Up to ₱10,000
